Firearms Training Programs

Concealed Weapon Permit (CCW) Courses:

We offer Initial CCW Courses as well as CCW Renewal Courses.  These courses are private or semi-private small groups.  Training is held at a private location, not a public range.  This allows for a much higher degree of flexibility and allows me to do a much better job of meeting student needs.  Our goal is not to just check a box; we want to prepare you for the reality of the awesome responsibilities that come with carrying a firearm in public.  This course is for those who do not want to attend a crowded class and are looking for a more personal, upgraded experience in a scenic location.

As a career law enforcement officer, I can share unique insights on what to expect in terms of the law enforcement response to a defensive shooting, common issues following a deadly encounter, legalities of self-defense, proper reporting of emergencies, combat realities, weapon/equipment/ammunition recommendations, and an understandable breakdown of legal issues. Students will also be trained to effectively deploy their firearm from concealment carry positions to prepare them for real world encounters, and to provide a realistic expectation of capabilities.
